You can make a difference in many ways! Take part in an event, start your own challenge, fundraise, volunteer, or leave a lasting impact through a legacy gift. However you choose to get involved, your support directly helps those who need our services.

One-to-one support with a caseworker and group support through the Mirror Project to build confidence and self-esteem

Offer support for Males

Individual emotional and practical support and advice via a dedicated caseworker.

Offer support for LGBTQ+

Individual emotional and practical support and advice via a dedicated caseworker.

Offer support for Children & Young People

One-to-one support with a specialist caseworker and group support through the Together Programme for wellbeing and healthy relationships

Professional Training & Education

Free training for schools, businesses, and professionals to raise awareness and prevent domestic abuse

Referral Services

Connecting individuals to the right support through professional and self-referrals.

Drop-In Services

Our drop-in clinics offer confidential advice and guidance.

Confidential helpline support—call, email, or visit us for guidance and assistance

Location: Sefton, Merseyside
Hours: 14 hours per week (2 days)
Contract: Temporary – 3 months initially
Salary: Above the National Living Wage (review after six months’ service)

Safety Wellbeing and Challenging Abuse (SWACA) is an established independent charity supporting adults, children and families affected by domestic abuse across Sefton.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Temporary Analyst and Performance Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and helping organisations improve the services they deliver. Whether your analytical experience has been gained through employment, university, voluntary work or research, we would like to hear from you.
Working closely with our Performance Team, you will help analyse statistical information, monitor organisational performance, prepare reports and support service improvement across the charity. Full training will be provided on our internal systems and performance framework.
We are looking for someone who has:
The ability to analyse and interpret statistical information.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to present information clearly and accurately.
GCSE English Language at Grade C/Grade 4 or above (or an equivalent qualification)
A willingness to learn and develop new analytical and performance monitoring skills.

A starting salary above the National Living Wage.

Contract information
This appointment is offered on a three-month temporary contract.
